We maintain an updated library of official marketplace fee rate cards by category, sub-category, price slab, and date. We compare every settled order line against the agreed rate to catch discrepancies.
Is my business and financial data secure?
Every seller workspace has its own isolated database storage. API credentials are encrypted at rest and are never exposed in client panels or logs.
How long does connecting take?
Under 10 minutes. You download the settlement report your marketplace already gives you and upload it — there is no API key to find, copy or paste. Automatic sync straight from the marketplace is being built.
Does OctoMargin handle GST correctly?
Yes. Marketplace sales include GST. OctoMargin removes GST at the applicable 5%, 18%, and 40% slabs before calculating your net profit and flags any legacy slab misconfigurations.
